1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mack Group Advisory’s website, client dashboards, and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Mack Group Advisory provides bookkeeping-health assessments, financial dashboards, and advisory services. The Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online.

3. Accounts

Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.

4. QuickBooks Integration

• You confirm you have authority to grant access to the connected QuickBooks company file.
• We access financial data (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) only to produce your assessments, dashboards, and advisory insights.
• You may revoke access at any time from your dashboard or your Intuit account settings.
• Our use of QuickBooks data is subject to Intuit’s Developer Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use of the Services
• No attempts to access our systems or other clients’ data without authorization
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting the Services

6. Intellectual Property

The Services — including scoring methods, dashboards, and designs — are owned by Mack Group Advisory or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Health scores and dashboard insights are informational tools; they are not legal or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mack Group Advisory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination & Changes

We may suspend or end access to the Services at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
